Fleet Equipment Compliance
From my background as a Compliance Review Investigator, I have the experience to understand what is going to be required of you during an actual audit. I will be able to discuss with you the State and Federal regulations that will be applicable to your fleet's operation. I will review your company's files and advise you of any documents that are missing from your files or that otherwise need your attention. I will also prepare a report of my audit and review it with you in order to be sure that you know what needs your attention. Together, we will be able to get your office files in compliance with the regulations.
As a Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Trooper, I spent over 25 years in the daily inspection of commercial vehicles, conducting Level 1,2, and 3 inspections. I also spent a large portion of my career training other DPS Troopers and civilian inspectors, as well as members of other law enforcement agencies in conducting these roadside inspections. I am also able to assist your company with the inspection of your equipment and provide you with information on the items that are being inspected as well as the defects that are being identified when a Level 1,2, or 3 inspection is being conducted.

With over 40 years of "on the road" experience and interacting with the motoring public, I have dealt with many various questions over the years. Giving safety meeting talks for trucking companies as well as meetings with company managers was a regular part of my routine duties. I am still able to offer these services for your managers or drivers in these same formats.
Other Services
As most fleet owners are aware every violation cited on a roadside inspection report is reflected on the carrier's CSA score. Do you have a question about a violation that was recorded on a roadside inspection report? Do you believe that it is incorrect?
